A blast hit a coach around 6:40 p.m. on the Yingbin Street near the coach station in Pucheng County in northwest China's Shaanxi Province on Sunday.

Another male passenger was confirmed dead in a coach blast that occurred on Sunday in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, bringing the death toll¹ to four.

A blast ripped through that coach that was running on a street near the bus station in Pucheng County in the city of Weinan around 6:40 p.m. on Sunday.

Police found another man dead when they were cleaning the site of the blast, local authorities said on Monday morning. Police also found another slightly injured passenger, who went to the hospital on his own, bringing the number of injured passengers to 25.

A critically injured passenger has been transferred to a hospital in the provincial² capital Xi'an, while the rest 24 are still being treated in Pucheng, authorities said.

Local police have yet to provide any information about the cause of the blast.
