Aaron took me to the pool today. It really helped my back. I swam gently back and forth¹ in the pool and it really loosened me up. Then I laid by the pool on the patio² for a while and caught some rays. It felt great to get outside and move around. Mel brought me some beautiful flowers last night. They smell divine and they have lots of buds just waiting to bloom.Tonight will be a relaxing night at home.

艾伦今天带我去游泳池，背痛真的好了很多。我小心地来回游着，觉得肌肉松弛了不少;接着又在泳池旁的院子晒了一会儿太阳。能够到户外走走真的很棒。梅尔昨天送了我一些漂亮的花，味道好香，还有一堆花蕾含苞待放。今晚回家一定会令人心旷神怡的。
