Studying overseas is still believed to be a worthy¹ choice because it gives students some comparative advantages in the job market, a recent report showed.

According to the 2016 Employment Report on Chinese Students Returning from Overseas, 82.5% of employers were willing to offer preferential benefits, such as better posts and higher starting salaries, to returned students.

根据发布的《2016年中国海归就业调查报告》显示，82.5%的雇主愿意给予海归包括更好岗位、更高起薪在内的倾斜性待遇。

The survey lasted from April to June and polled more than 1,000 returned students.

该调查从四月开始到六月结束，共调查了超过1000名归国留学生。
