“Well," squeaked¹ the little man, very nervous, "I believe my dog just killed it, sir." "这个嘛，”小个子男生很紧张，尖声说道：“我想我的狗刚杀死了你的狗，先生。”

"What?"roared the big man in disbelief."What in the hell kind of dog do you have?" “什么？”大个子一脸难以置信的表情，大吼道：“你养的到底是什么狗啊？”

"Sir," answered the little man. "It’s a 4-week-old puppy." “先生”，小个子男人回答：“是一只四周大的小狗。”

"Bull!" roared the biker. "How could your puppy kill my Doberman?" “胡扯！”机车骑士大吼：“你的小狗怎么可能杀死我的短毛猎犬？”
