这样的生活方式应该是头等重要的事情

because we cannot think the right way if we are not healthy,因为，当我们的身体不够健康的时候，我们就不能顺畅的思考we cannot perform our job well

不能很好的完成工作任务

and become less effective in our respective responsibilities履行自己应该承担的职责时，也会事倍功半

if we do not practice good lifestyle or perhaps a good habit.

如果我们不履行良好的生活方式，或者养成一个良好的习惯的话。

We cannot spend quality time to our love ones if we are sick,当我们生病的时候，我们就不能专注于陪伴自己所爱的人though it is inevitable¹ sometimes that we can get sick.

虽然有时候，人都难以避免的会生病

An observation in our generation today,

health is the most neglected aspect.

It can even affect a relationship.

健康甚至会影响情感羁绊的恶化

A certain man came to our clinic

曾经，有一个男人到我们诊所来

and wanted to include he’s son to be on the list想要给自己的儿子预约挂号

to have it check by our specialist.

请诊所里的专家为他做身体检查

I’ve noticed he’s son about early twenties,我注意到，他的儿子大约二十出头

having tattoos³ on he’s arms and neck .

手臂和脖子上都有纹身

So my impression was that

对此我的印象是

this young guy is cool,

这个男孩子真酷

but behind my head,

但在我内心深处，我却在想

why he was doing this on he’s body?

他为什么要在自己的身体上做这样的事情？

Judging he’s appearance , he is sick.

从他的脸色来看，他身体不适

Obviously, he’s father is not in a good mood.

而且很明显，他的父亲此刻心情不佳

I cannot draw he’s face even if I am an artist,我想，即便自己是个画家，也不可能画出他的面貌

but I am not.

That was what I have observed to a troubled father.

So they went inside the clinic to see their doctor.

In less than thirty minutes

they came out with a facial expression that cannot be spelled.

I know he’s son is in great trouble on he’s health.

我知道，一定是年轻男子的健康出了很大的问题

They are having conversations

父子俩在交谈

that suggest disappointments in a son and a father relationship.

言语间可以听出，两人都对双方的父子关系感到极大的失望He’s parents were separated

他的父母已经分开了

and didn’t have much having a happy family.

他几乎没有体验过家庭生活的幸福

Sometimes, this unlikely habit can affect a relationship.

Every parent’s burden

对每个家长来说，最担心的事情

is when their children choose a different path that leads them astray,就是孩子们选择了一条偏离正轨的人生方向
