A Colourful Breakfast

五彩缤纷的早餐

It was breakfast time. Lucy looked at her plate and smiled. There was bread, eggs, milk, and some colourful fruits. "Wow! This looks healthy and yummy!" she said⁴.

早餐时间到了。露西看着她的盘子，笑了。盘子里有面包、鸡蛋、牛奶和一些五彩缤纷的水果。“哇！这看起来既健康又好吃！”她说。

Her mother also made⁵ some noodles and soup. "Don’t forget the vegetables and meat," her mom said. Lucy took⁶ a bite⁷ of the rice and juice. "Everything is so delicious⁸!"

她的妈妈还做了一些面条和汤。“别忘了蔬菜和肉，”妈妈说。露西吃了一口米饭，喝了一口果汁。“每样东西都这么美味！”

After breakfast, Lucy saw⁹ a candy on the table. She smiled but said, "Fruits are better than candy for a healthy day!"

早餐后，露西看到桌上有一颗糖果。她笑了笑，但说：“为了健康的一天，水果比糖果更好！”
