Mama Bear is busy in taking care of Bear family. She counts for Sister jumping rope, helps brother fly his model plane.

熊妈妈辛苦地照顾小熊一家的生活。她还要帮熊妹妹数跳绳，还要帮熊哥哥飞飞机模型。

What does Mama like to do? She is good at quilt-making. She wants to have more time for her quilts.

熊妈妈喜欢做什么呢？她对做被子很在行。她希望自己有更多的时间做被子。

One day, Papa sells some furniture in their yard. On the same day, Mama hangs out the family quilts.

一天熊爸爸要卖他们家院子里的一些家具。当天，熊妈妈把家里的被子挂了出来。

Folks¹ buy Papa's furniture. They also like Mama's nice quilts. They want to buy them. But the quilts are not for sale.

乡亲们买了爸爸的家具。他们也很喜欢熊妈妈好看的被子。他们想买下。但是被子是不卖的。

"You really should sell them; you do a very good job," they say.

“你实在应该出售他们；你做的太好了，”他们赞美着。

That evening, Mama is very quiet. She is thinking about selling her nice quilts.

那天晚上，熊妈妈很沉默。她考虑着要卖掉她那些好看的被子。

The next day, Mama Bear makes up her mind."I'll open up a quilt shop."

第二天，熊妈妈下定了决心。“我要开一家被褥商店。”

“Oh, no! You are our mama!” says Sister.

“哦，不！你是我们的妈妈！”熊妹妹说。

“A lot of mamas have jobs,” says Mama.

“很多妈妈都有工作。”妈妈说。

“Yeah, but they are not our mama! Will you play with us tonight?” asks Brother.

“是的，但是他们不是我们的妈妈啊！你今晚还会陪我们玩吗？”熊哥哥问。

“Well, I have to be at the shop. Supper may be a little late tonight. Bye-bye.”

“喔，我要去商店。晚饭可能会稍微晚会儿。再见啦。”

Supper is very late. Papa and the cubs² prepare it. But they don’t mind.

晚饭的时候已经很晚了。是熊爸爸和孩子们一起准备的。但是他们不介意。

“I did 1,000 rope jumps today! Brother counted for me,” says Sister. “And Sister helped me fly my model plane! We had a great flight!” adds Brother.

“我今天跳绳跳了1000下！哥哥帮我数的。”熊妹妹说。“熊妹妹帮我放了飞机模型！我们飞行很成功！”熊哥哥补充道。

“I’m very proud of you all,” says Mama.

“我真为你们骄傲。”熊妈妈说。

After two weeks of hard work, the Bear Country Quilt Shop has its big opening. Mama sells out all her nice quilts.

经过两星期的辛苦工作，熊王国被褥商店开张了。熊妈妈售完了她所有好看的被子。

The family celebrates with a delicious supper. Papa and the cubs are very proud of Mama Bear.

小熊一家吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐以示庆祝。熊爸爸和孩子们为熊妈妈感到骄傲。
