I am such a clumsy girl!I was getting into the shower this morning and I slipped! Luckily I caught myself so I didn't fall down but in the process of grabbing the bar in the shower I twisted my back. I was in so much pain!

我真是个笨手笨脚的女生!今天早上洗澡时居然滑倒了!好在我抓住了浴室里的横杠才没跌倒，不过这一来却把背给扭伤了，痛得要命!

I called my boyfriend and he had to help me from the tub. I phoned into work and told them I needed the day off and maybe even tomorrow as well .Now I'm on the couch and popping painkillers¹.

我打电话给男友叫他来浴缸里帮我。我又打电话到办公室先请一天假，搞不好连明天都不能去。现在只能坐在长沙发上拼命擦镇痛剂。

Though I would make a suggestion.You should get a sticky mat for the bottom of your tub.
