Yep，I'm still on the couch¹.Remote control in one hand and a glass of white wine in the other. I'm not supposed to have any alcohol right now because I am on some pretty heavy medication,but this wine is so tasty I had to one glass!Although I could think of more enjoyable thins to do while sipping² wine, daytime TV is so uninteresting! I can't imagine being a couch potato. Just sitting on the sofa watching soap operas, talk shows, and B-movies all day. What a waste of time. I think I am going to switch off the tube and use this time to catch up on some reading.

没错，我还躺在沙发上，一手拿着遥控器一手拿杯白酒。我现在吃很多药，是应该滴酒不沽的，但这种酒实在太好喝了，叫人忍不住要喝一杯!不过应该想些更有趣的事来一边喝酒一边做事才对，白天的电视实在很难看!真难想象有人会成天窝在沙发上看电视。成天窝着不动看肥皂剧、脱口秀和二流电影真是浪费时间。我想我该关掉电视，利用这段时间读点东西帮头脑充电才对。

I have to say I am with Nisha on the whole TV thing.Some shows are interesting,but on the whole, TV is pretty boring.

说到电视，我和妮莎是持同一观点的。有些电视节目是不错啦，但整体来说，看电视是很无聊的一件事。

My cousin Vinnie was on a talk show last month.He went on Stay Benno;you know that late night talk show. My cousin was a stunt⁵ man in a martial⁶ arts movie and Stay Benno asked Vinnie to come on the show and talk about what it is like being a stunt man. Vinnie said that it was fun being on the show.
