Take two of these tablets three times a day after meals.

每天三顿饭后各吃两片这种药.

First shake the bottle Take two spoonfuls of the cough syrup³ four times a day.

首先把药水晃动一下.每日喝四次这种治咳药水,每次两勺.

This is your herbal medicine.

这是你的中草药.

Every morning soak one bag in 500 mls of cold water for 1 or 2 hours

每天早上打开一包,倒入500毫升冷水浸泡一二小时.

Then heat it up quickly.

然后用大火煮.

As soon as it starts to boil,turn down the heat,and simmer for 30 minutes

煮沸了以后把火关小,用文火炖30分钟

Then turn off the heat

后把火关掉.

Leave it to cool, then pour out the liquid to drink.

冷却至温,倒出服用.

Be careful not to let any of the leaves go into the cup.

倒出时要当心不要把药渣倒入杯中.
