US chipmaker Micron said it doesn't comment on rumours² or speculation³ but confirmed is has not received an offer from Tsinghua Unigroup.

The Wall Street Journal reported earlier on Tuesday that the state-owned, unlisted Beijing group had bid $23bn for Micron, citing unnamed sources.
