WHEN THE SEASON BEGINS

If antihistamine isn’t enough, start using anti-allergy² eyedrops — look for those containing saline/cromoglycate such as Optrex Allergy Eye Drops 。

Saline nasal douches such as Sterimar also help flush pollen³ away。

If your symptoms are occasional or mild, use as and when you feel the need. Otherwise, use every day throughout the season。
