Twitter just can't win on Wall Street. Shares of Twitter fell 2% last Tuesday and hit a new all-time low of $13.90.

It is nearly 50% below its IPO price of $26 and more than 80% lower than the peak of $74.73 it hit way back in December 2013 -- one month after it went public. (Those were the days!)
