New Orleans — The New Orlean Pelicans¹ announced today that forward DeMarcus Cousins has been diagnosed with a rupture² of the left Achilles tendon. Pelicans Director of Medical Services/Head Team Physician Dr.Misty³ Suri performed the initial examination and diagnosis⁴. An MRI taken last night confirmed the diagnosis as the left Achilles tendon rupture.
