Musician and actor Jay Chou is joining Vin Diesel¹ in the fourth “xXx” movie, with D.J. Caruso directing for the H Collective.

音乐人兼演员周杰伦将与范·迪塞尔合作出演《极限特工4》，由D·J·卡卢索担任H Collective电影公司这部片的导演。

Diesel is reprising his role as Xander Cage — an extreme sports enthusiast² and spy for the National Security Agency.

Chinese actress Zoe Zhang (“Chinese Zodiac”), a frequent collaborator³ with Jackie Chan, also joined the cast.

The H Collective said that it will finance “xXx 4” alongside several investment partners, including Sparkle Roll Media, iQiyi Pictures, Dadi Huarui, and so on is slated⁴ to begin in 2019.

The “xXx” franchise⁵, which includes 2002's “xXx,” 2005's “xXx: State of the Union,” and 2017's “xXx: Return of Xander Cage,”. In 2017, “xXx: Return of Xander Cage” generated $168 million in China.
