Lack of overall design and planning, less integration with Chinese culture, financing difficulty and weak global management are the main reasons impeding development, according to insiders.
Aside from earwax 'overproducers, ' who can benefit from a professional cleaning a few times a year, doctors say the average person should not require ear cleaning unless the wax is causing bothersome symptoms or impeding a doctors' ability to examine the eardrum.
"Such behavior mainly comes from car manufacturers suspected of substantially impeding competition and harming consumer welfare," Su said.
