Exclamationpoints are sometimes 100% necessary in business emails to expressenthusiasmand even good manners5, but overusing thispunctuationtakes on a whole new and unwanted meaning. With one too many exclamation4 points, your positive attitude turns…. quiteweirdand unwelcoming.
