(一). The reason why choose Aletheia University: Aletheia University founded by Christ Presbyterian with different cultural background. On the one hand, it closely cooperated with a lot of campus. Including the continent of China, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and so on. It’s a wonderful culture, which reflecting the different local conditions and customs. On the other hand, the university is the pioneer of curriculum in Taiwan and the earliest western education school with long history. The school motto, which created myriad¹ outstanding ‘Aletheia man’, included piety², qualitative³ solid, diligence, service, science, health, and forward. I really want to experience the life of ‘Aletheia man’.

选择真理大学的理由：真理大学是台湾基督长老教会所创办的大学，有着不同的文化背景。其与中国大陆，美国，日本和英国等学校合作密切，体现着不同的风土人情，那是一种很美妙的文化。该校是台湾地区通识课程的先驱、教育史上最早的西式学校，也是当今历史最悠久的一所学校。它的校训是：虔诚、质实、勤劳、服务、科学、健康、前进，这些可贵的训言创造了无数非凡的“真理人”，我非常渴望感受一下“真理人”的生活。

(二). Study plans:

学习计划：

1. I choose applied⁴ English department in Alethiea University caused I like English, although my English level not bad now, but I would like to have further improved. For this love, I even to reach an agreement with German director: I will finish learning all next semester’s German lessons by myself in the summer vacation. I want to learn new things, but I won't miss any subject in my school. It also will have a great help to me in my future development, I've always wanted to work in the relevant to foreign trade, English is an essential tool. In Alethiea University will have a lot of students from around the world, I believe that this is a good environment to ascend⁵ myself.

我选择交流的专业是应用英语学系，我喜欢英文，虽然现在英文水平不错，但我更想有进一步的提高。为了这一份热爱，我甚至跟达成协议：暑假把下学期所有的德方课修完。我想学习新的东西，但是在本校该学的我也不会落下。这对于我以后的发展也有很大的帮助，我一直想从事有关外贸的工作，英语是必不可少的工具。在真理大学会有很多来自世界各地的学生，我相信这会是一个很好的提升环境。

2. I want to experience different local conditions and customs, learning different cultures. Every place has its own culture, different culture gestates the distinctive⁶ people. The difference between Taiwan and the mainland is a kind of beauty, use heart to feel, grasp and learn is a kind of beauty as well. Aletheia University not only contains the Taiwan and the mainland culture, also contains the culture around the world, it is a good platform for students who go to here from around the world.

我想感受不同的风土人情，学习不同的文化。每个地方都有自己的文化，不同的文化孕育着各具特色的人民。台湾与内地的差异是一种美，用心去感受、领会、学习更是一种美。真理大学不仅仅蕴含着台湾和大陆文化，还蕴含着世界各地的文化，它是世界各地学子学习的一个平台。

3. I'd like to accept different education, to explore the beauty of different education background. I accepted education in mainland China for 14 years, I really want to have the opportunity to go out to learn and communication, expand my horizons and learn more things. At the same time, I want to show the distant continent cultures, which is excellent and distinct to the students who come from all over the world.

我想接受不同的教育，想探索不同教育背景下的美。在大陆接受教育长达14年，很想有机会出去学习交流，开阔视野，学习更多的东西。同时，也把大陆自身悠远流长的优秀文化，展现给世界各地的学子。

4. I want to train my practice ability. Nowadays, the social development faster and faster, we need a stronger strain capacity. As far as I am concern, someone who in unfamiliar⁷ environment can stimulate⁸ his/her potential capability⁹, find his/her own direction.

我想锻炼自己的自我实践能力。如今社会发展飞快，我们急需更强的应变能力，在陌生的环境中更能激发一个人的潜能，找到自己的方向。

5. I major in Sino-German Business Administration in Zhuhai City Polytechnic¹⁰ , it’s good for me who want to develop in business in the future. I possessed¹¹ the basic of business, but I need to go outside to learn about the outside world, to find my target market for my future. Moreover, it will help me a lot to finish the graduation thesis better.

我在本校学的是中德工商企业管理，对于未来想在商业这一行发展的我，更需要多去外面走走，了解外面世界，为未来寻找自己的目标市场。而且，对于更好地完成毕业论文，也有很大的帮助。

I'm looking forward to the Aletheia University can uncover a whole new side for my studying career, and hope that the trip of going to Taiwan can bring me a special feeling.

我期待真理大学能够为我揭开求学生涯上崭新的一面，希望台湾之旅带给我不一样的感觉。
